Irene Hall brings over 30 years of executive real estate marketing experience, including master planned developments, 55 and Better Communities, golf course and luxury single-family home communities, multi-family, and condo projects as well as mixed-use developments throughout the southeast.
Her focus includes project development oversight and product analysis, mass marketing, development branding, marketing strategy, media, public relations, and marketing brand standards for a variety of project scopes. Working with the builder and/or development team, Irene has guided the process in all aspects of the new home arena including existing communities in need of a repositioning program as well as new development launches.
Irene is accustomed to working with a wide range of sales operatives to help in all aspects of the sales and marketing process, working seamlessly together to provide a winning outcome. Her background includes working within large- and small-scale agencies, development companies, production builders and general brokerage firms. This has given her the innate ability to guide and direct a wide variety of graphic designers, regional marketing resources, and all other media services as it relates to communicating an effective and winning brand for every project she has touched over the years.
